Team Parents |
U15 Boys: U15 Girls |
Responsible for communicating with other parents
on your child’s team for things like the Cannons’ game, the jamboree, etc. |

Registrar |

Responsible for coordinating and tracking
registration for both girls and boy’s programs. Also responsible for
interacting with league(s) regarding required league registration methods. |

Uniform Coordinator |
U15 Boys: |
Coordinates the purchase (not required
for participation) of clothing (shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, etc) Responsible for coordinating the
distribution (the week before the first game at practice) and return (after
last game) of uniforms. |

Team Pictures Coordinator |
U15 Girls: U13 Girls: U15 Boys: U13 Boys U11 Boys |
Responsible for choosing a date and
coordinating the team and individual pictures. |

Concessions Coordinator |
Lead: TBD |
Lead: Be responsible for supplies (soda,
coffee, pizza) for 8 Sunday home games and coordinate with each team parent
for manning the stand. Team Parent: Coordinate a schedule for that
team so that 2 parent’s are at the stand for each game but don’t have to miss
their own child’s game. |

End of Season Dinner Coordinator |
Coordinator: Volunteers: |
Help arrange pot-luck dinner at the end
of the season. Will need to coordinate meals, location, etc. All costs will
be reimbursed. Coaches will handle
acknowledgements and awards part. Date: TBD at TES. |

Field Prep |
|
Need help to line the fields before home
games if we have to play at TES. Typically will be done sometime before 11am.
May need to do a girl’s and then a boy’s configuration. |

Umpire Assistants |

For each home game we need to supply a scorer,
timer and horn judge. |
